It really blew me away... and truly was a confidence boost I needed for myself and my belief in ROWE. I never take your orders, your trust, or your purchases for granted, so I will update here as the preorder moves along! May 3 - Currently I am working on the PO and will be submitting it tomorrow with our fabric order. The manufacturer usually takes about a week to check things all over and will then begin cutting when the fabric arrives, sometime late this week. Zippers will also be ordered (they usually have about a 7 business day turnaround time).
ROWE Preorder FAQs
1. What is a preorder?
A preorder means you’re purchasing an item before it’s made. Instead of mass-producing inventory, we only make what’s ordered, ensuring a more sustainable, waste-free approach.
2. When will my order ship?
We estimate shipping will begin in 6-8 weeks after the preorder closes. We will ship it as soon as it arrives, however!
3. How do I know my size?
We recommend checking out the size charts before ordering, or our Instagram highlights for some try ons. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help you find the perfect fit.
4. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Since preorders are made-to-order, we are unable to accept cancellations or changes once production begins. Please double-check your order before confirming.
5. What happens if the preorder sells out?
Once a preorder closes, that’s it! We produce only what’s ordered, so if you love something, don’t wait—quantities are limited. We will make a small number of extra pieces to account for any flaws, and if there are any left, they’ll be available on our site after all preorders have shipped.
6. Can I return or exchange my preorder?
Because our pieces are made-to-order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if you have any issues with your order, please reach out and we will do our best to find a solution. We want you to love your ROWE pieces, but to also remember we are a small business.
7. What if I order something that is not a preorder item?
If your order only consists of ready to ship items, it will be shipped out within 2-3 business days. If you have an order that contains both preorder items, and ready to ship, the entire order will ship when the preorder comes in.
8. You don’t have my size in your preorder?
We’re starting small to ensure we can produce responsibly, but we want ROWE to be for everyone. If your size isn’t available, please reach out—we’ll do our best to make it happen or keep it in mind for future production. Your feedback helps us move in the right direction!
