Shipping & Returns

Please note!! All orders purchased with a discount code or on sale are not eligible for exchange or return. Thank you for your understanding! 

 

Shipping

We use flat rate shipping costs within Canada, USA, and Internationally. Our rates are subject to change.

We ship via Canada Post, FedEx, Purolator or UPS with a tracking number. We can not ship letter mail.

We aim to ship within three business days of your order, though during sales or launches, it may be up to two weeks. 


You will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your order has shipped.

Returns

We want you to be totally happy with your purchase! Please return any item in its original condition (unwashed, unworn) for a refund within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please email hello@roweapparel.com and include your order number.

For defective items or errors, please send a photograph to hello@roweapparel.com  and we will happily remedy the situation.

Unless we have made an error, the customer is responsible for the fees incurred for returning a product.

Clearly mark the package “Return of Canadian Merchandise” if you are outside Canada. Not doing so may result in custom charges or fees. If we receive a return package with customs charges, taxes or other fees, we will deduct these from the reimbursement.
