ROWE Preorder FAQs
1. What is a preorder?
A preorder means you’re purchasing an item before it’s made. Instead of mass-producing inventory, we only make what’s ordered, ensuring a more sustainable, waste-free approach.
2. Why is ROWE moving to preorders?
Preordering allows us to produce responsibly, avoid overproduction, and reduce waste. It aligns with our values of sustainability and slow fashion—creating high-quality pieces with intention, not excess.
3. When will my order ship?
We estimate shipping will begin in 4-6 weeks. Since this is our first preorder, we appreciate your patience and will keep you updated if the production takes longer.
4. How do I know my size?
We recommend checking out the size charts before ordering, or our Instagram highlights for some try ons. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help you find the perfect fit.
5. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Since preorders are made-to-order, we are unable to accept cancellations or changes once production begins. Please double-check your order before confirming.
6. What happens if the preorder sells out?
Once a preorder closes, that’s it! We produce only what’s ordered, so if you love something, don’t wait—quantities are limited. We will make a small number of extra pieces to account for any flaws, and if there are any left, they’ll be available on our site after all preorders have shipped.
7. Will you offer preorders for every item?
We are testing out preorders with this first run, using up the remaining fabrics we have left. If all goes well, we plan to offer preorders for select styles and restocks. Make sure you’re signed up for our newsletter to be the first to know!
8. Can I return or exchange my preorder?
Because our pieces are made-to-order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if you have any issues with your order, please reach out—we want you to love your ROWE pieces!
9. What if I order something that is not a preorder item?
If your order only consists of ready to ship items, it will be shipped out within 2-3 business days. If you have an order that contains both preorder items, and ready to ship, the entire order will ship when the preorder comes in.
10. You don’t have my size in your preorder?
We’re starting small to ensure we can produce responsibly, but we want ROWE to be for everyone. If your size isn’t available, please reach out—we’ll do our best to make it happen or keep it in mind for future production. Your feedback helps us move in the right direction!
