We know our new preorder and ready-to-ship model can be a bit confusing (or frustrating) if you’re ordering from more than one drop or release. To make it easier, we’ve created a free shipping code that’s sent to you when you place a preorder in May.
This code should arrive at the same time as your order confirmation, but we’ve noticed some of these emails are ending up in junk or spam folders. If you can’t find it, just email us at hello@wearerowe.com with your order number and we’ll get it to you!

If I order from a preorder and a ready-to-ship collection, when will they ship?
If you'd like them shipped together, order in one order, and we’ll wait and send everything once the preorder items are ready.
If you’d like them shipped separately, please order separately and pay for shipping on the second order (unless it qualifies for free shipping).
What if I want to order from two separate preorders?
Use your free shipping code on the second order to avoid paying twice. Didn’t receive the code? Email us!
